No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account. To permanently close your account, contact customer support via live chat or email support@mrluck.biz with an account closure request. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance beforehand. The closure process will be completed within 3–5 business days once all withdrawals have been processed. KYC verification is required when your withdrawal exceeds RM1,000 or for security purposes.
